The 18th-ranked Utah State University Eastern women’s soccer team made a trip to Cheyenne, Wyo. over the weekend to take on Monroe College on Friday and Laramie County CC on Saturday.
Against Monroe, who was previously the number-one ranked team in the NJCAA polls, Eastern lasted the entire 120 minutes before the game ended in a tie 0-0.
The game against Laramie County on Saturday went just 90 minutes before the game ended in 0-0 draw.
The USU Eastern men’s soccer team ran its win streak to three with a 2-1 win over the Salt Lake Community College club team.
Eastern (4-1-3 Women, 5-3-0 Men) will host a pair of games this weekend with Trinidad State College coming to Price on Friday (3 p.m. for women, 5 p.m. for men) and Otero Junior College On Saturday (4:30 p.m. for women, 6:30 p.m. for men).
