Christopher Norman Broadhead appeared in the Seventh District Court of Price last week in further proceedings following his arrest on Dec. 27 of last year.
Broadhead was booked into jail on a single count of burglary, theft of a motor vehicle, two counts of criminal mischief as well as 25 counts of vehicle burglary.
Represented by David Allred, Broadhead entered a conditional waiver during his time in the court. A resolution will be forthcoming in the future, according to information from the Carbon County Attorney’s Office.
Further proceedings for the case will take place on March 6.
