From the road, it looked like there was some sort of disaster scene playing out in the parking lot at Walmart Saturday afternoon in Price. Flashing lights, rescue vehicles from Utah Highway Patrol, Price City Fire Department and Price City Police Department, along with Eagle Air Med’s helicopter caught the attention of those passing by.
It was not an emergency scene, but an educational opportunity hosted by Walmart and the various agencies. Eagle Air Med had its new helicopter on site and flight team available to answer questions.
Utah Highway Patrol had a booth set up to hand out summer safety information. Price Fire Department had its large truck on display and Price Police also had an officer on hand.
