The Wellington City Police department has requested assistance in locating missing 32-year-old Stephen Thomas Farmer.
According to police, Farmer was last seen in his home in Wellington on Saturday around 7 p.m. He left his home on foot.
Police are asking that anyone that has had contact with Farmer or has information regarding his whereabouts contact the department at (435) 637-0890.
