Wellington celebrated its heritage with a parade and party in the park for Pioneer Days on Saturday.
The celebration began at 7 a.m. with a breakfast in the Wellington City Park, sponsored by the Wellington Fire Department.
Lineup for the parade began at 9 a.m. on the east end of main street. The parade commenced at 10 a.m. and included a variety of entries including Utah Foster Care, Carbon High School band and cheerleaders, Daughters of Utah Pioneers and more.
Activities in the park throughout the day included entertainment, vendors and a horseshoe tournament.
