Freedom Prep hosted the Lady Panthers on the volleyball court on Thursday.
The Lady Eagles struck first with a 25-15 set win. Pinnacle responded well with two back-to-back tough set wins, 25-20 and 25-21. The fourth set was close as well, but the Lady Panthers were unable to seal the match win and lost the set 25-21. In the tie breaker set, Pinnacle struggled and lost 15-9 to lose the game 3-2.
Stephanie Sasser had a team-high three kills while Daidee Martinez led the Lady Panthers with 10 digs.
Pinnacle will travel to play Diamond Ranch Academy on Tuesday, still seeking its first win of the season.
