The Prehistoric Museum is the place to go to learn the history of Carbon County, the dinosaurs that lived before us and more. On Saturday afternoon, it was also the place to be to make Christmas crafts and chat with Santa Claus.

Cretaceous Christmas is hosted at the museum annually and generally features several activities. While Santa is the main pull for many, those that finished chatting with him were also welcomed to the Don Burgess Family Room to make a prehistoric tree ornament or Stegosaurus hat.

A variety of Native American crafts were also available to construct during the event. This event was free to all that attended.
