On Saturday evening, the Pinnacle boys’ basketball team took on Monument Valley.
During the matchup, Pinnacle had three seniors in double digits once again. Leading Monument Valley 37-29 into the half, Pinnacle would gain a larger lead and earn another region victory to stay in third place in Region 19 while taking the contest 62-47.
Kaden Daughters grabbed 14 points with nine rebounds while Logan Ellington had 20 points and five rebounds. Isaiah Wilstead led in rebounds to go with 11 points and Dalton Cook had 10 points.
The Panthers will hit the road where they will go head-to-head with Monticello on Tuesday evening.
