The 14th Annual Desert View Pro Rodeo took place last weekend in Castle Dale.
With a Rodeo Clown from New York, competitors from all over the United States and a specialty act by Thomas Garcilazo, the rodeo turned out to be a success.
Included in the evening events were wild cow milking, hide racing, a texting contest, 1000 crawl for cash and dancing after the rodeo. It turned out to be a fun event for the community. В Rodeo spectator Sarah Bond said, “I had a fabulous time and the best part was enjoying it with my friend.”
Tomas Garcilazo’s specialty act featured traditional horsemanship and rope artistry.
The rodeo clown performed an act called Roman Riding where he rode on two little ponies.
People were also able to win Seven Peak passes by entering their favorite pictures or videos on the Emery County Rec. Facebook page.
The Emery County fair will kick of this coming weekend with a variety of fun events including Hypno Hick, Dances, a concert, activities and more.
