The College National Finals Rodeo in Casper, Wyo. last week found local cowboys and one cowgirl competing in team roping and barrel racing. Morgan Jensen and Casey Thomas represented Utah State University Eastern while Zachary Jensen competed for USU. Hayden and Hadley Cloward represented South Plains College in Texas.
Although none of them made the final round (short go), they all competed well in the first three rounds. All the team ropers (men) had partners from different colleges in their respective regions.
