The EC Learning Center in the East Carbon-Sunnyside area is home to a lending library, computer lab and activity hall. Additionally, the facility is full of resources not offered by any other business in the East Carbon-Sunnyside area.
“Of course we have a library and free computer lab,” owner Sharon Lee explained. “But we also have a room that can be rented out to the public for activities, complete with a full kitchen.”
While the center provides many services to the area, the facility may have to temporarily close its doors due to lack of funding and donations. At this time, owners are graciously accepting donations to keep the doors open to the community. Because the center is a non-profit organization, donations of books, money and services are appreciated.
