Attention! Girls from Ferron, Clawson, and Emery who are Grade 7 through age 21!!!
The Peach Days Queen pageant will be held on August 13 in the Emery High auditorium.
The pageant includes: an opening number by the contestants, Introduction of self, an interview portion followed by a 90 minute talent portion. There will also be an evening gown presentation and on-stage question.
Cash and crowns will be awarded to top contestants. However, the true award comes from the development and improvement gained through provided instruction and practice. Participation in this pageant develops skills in interview, talent and stage presence, ability to carry oneself in public, speaking confidently with adults, as well as building friendships and having a great time with peers.
These skills help build character and self-confidence. We have some of the finest young women in our area and Ferron City strives to make this pageant a worthwhile experience that cultivates these abilities. Our goal as directors is to provide opportunity, training, fun, and encouragement.
Applications are available at Ferron City Hall. There is a registration fee of $10.00 and a current photo is also required.
