Osmosis Steakhouse turned on the heat last week, serving its first customers at the restaurant located in Price. The Carbon County Chamber of Commerce then helped the new business celebrate the opening of its doors at a ribbon cutting on Wednesday.

The steakhouse is owned by Brett Brewer while chef Richard Anderson produces meals that are “a cut above the rest,” as Osmosis’ slogan states. According to Anderson, each dish is fresh and homemade and include items such as soup, salad, pasta, burgers, sandwiches, ribs, and, of course, steaks. A children’s menu is also available and features favorites such as chicken strips and grilled cheese sandwiches.

Osmosis Steakhouse is located at 23 East 100 North, inside the Tuscan Event Center, in Price. The restaurant is open from 5 to 10 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday.
