Members of the community gathered Saturday morning at Carbon High School for the 5th annual Dino Dynamic Fun 5K Run/Walk. There were approximately 200 community members that participated.
The route started at Carbon High School’s parking lot as participants made their way to the school’s baseball field for the finish. Throughout the race, runners were splashed with various colors of chalk.
“I think that the community really enjoys it and everyone has a blast,” expressed Nicole Bennett, coach of the Dino Dynamics.
Runners received a bag of color at the end race. All money raised will benefit the school’s drill team.
