As a staple of the fall season, pumpkins are always in high demand this time of year. Local company Banasky Insurance takes time each year to give pumpkins to each of the Elementary schools that are in the Carbon School District.
On Friday morning, the pumpkin truck made a stop at Creekview Elementary school to donate to the students, who were ecstatic to receive them. The pumpkins will be painted on, carved and used as a decoration in general for the holiday season.
The truck also recently made a stop at Bruin Point Elementary School in East Carbon to grace the students with pumpkins of their own.
