Price City’s International Days celebration is well-known for its delicious treats, booths, rides, entertainment and more. However, there is an active aspect of the celebrations as well. Annually, a 5K is hosted in conjunction with the celebrations. Once again, this walk and run took place on Saturday morning.
The 5K began bright and early at 8 a.m. Those that participated not only worked up a sweat, but supported a great cause as all proceeds raised at the event were donated to United Way of Eastern Utah to use to benefit the community and organization.
Garrett Marsing finished first with a time of 16:40 followed by Brett Harwood in second place with 19:36. Sadie Crompton rounded out the top three with a time of 21:34.
