On Thursday, Bookcliff Elementary hosted the youth bugle and camouflage contest in which kids throughout the school signed up to show off their bugling skills and camouflage outfits.
Ages ranged from preschool to sixth grade with first, second, and third place awards presented for each grade, and one award given to the best overall.
Throughout the event, tickets were drawn from those who entered the contests for prizes such as binoculars, flashlights and other fun hunting gear.
