Wellington City Council received a Notice of Certification from the City Recorder of Wellington City on January 19, 2021. This notice as well as the complete annexation petition is available for inspection and copying at the office of the City Recorder.
Wellington City may grant the petition and annex the are described in the petition unless a written protest to the annexation is filed with the Carbon County Commission at 751 E 100 N Price, UT 84501, and a copy of the protest is delivered to the City Recorder of Wellington City by March 10, 2021 at 3 PM.
Wellington City Council will hold a public hearing on the proposed annexation on March 10, 2021 at 6:00 PM at Wellington City Hall located at 150 West Main, Wellington, Utah 84542.
