A pair of home games last week could not help Pinnacle get out of its funk. The Lady Panthers hosted Monticello on Tuesday and were tied at 16 at the half. Pinnacle kept it close until it ran out of steam down the stretch to lose 36-26.
Heather Kerr and Kemery Stuckenschneider each recorded eight points. Kerr also led the team with 11 rebounds followed by Samantha Kessler with nine.
The Lady Panthers were back on the court on Friday to take on Monument Valley. Pinnacle never could get its offense going in this one and fell 40-11.
The Panthers (4-14, 0-5) will look to pick things up when they travel to Green River (2-13, 1-4) on Wednesday. They will then host Tintic (5-9, 0-1) on Friday to wrap up the week.
