Competition heated up during the third annual Beat the Heat Horseshoe Tournament on Saturday.
According to CCR Horseshoe Director Rochelle Badback, 22 participants competed in the tournament. “This is the biggest cash pot tournament of the year,” she explained. “Although we had a smaller turnout than years past, it was still a huge success.”
Robert and Ricky Neil Sandoval finished in first place followed by Clinton “Chief” Badback and Cody Allen in second place. Benji Gayler and Brett Davis finished in third.
Badback thanked Price City for its support during the summer horseshoe season.
