A passenger car driven by Taylor Johnson, 19 of Green River crashed Sunday at approximately 12 p.m. on SR-191 near mile post 151. The incident occurred about eight miles south of I-70.
According to Utah Highway Patrol, Johnson was traveling southbound on SR-191 when she lost control of the car. The vehicle slid off the roadway and rolled multiple times, finally coming to rest on the passenger side. UHP indicated that Johnson was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected as the car rolled. Johnson was pronounced deceased at the scene.
