The Emery High School Department of Music presented a Christmas concert Thursday evening. The participants included the beginning bands of Castle Dale, Cottonwood and Ferron Elementary sixth grade bands and the Emery High Symphonic Band.
The beginning bands played “Up On The Housetop” and “Countdown to Christmas.” The Emery High Symphonic Band performed “Into The Clouds,” “Hallelujah Chorus,” “Deck The Halls,” “A Christmas Festival” and “Carol of the Bells.”
Both bands were conducted by Richard Nobbe, a new band teacher at the three elementary schools and Emery High School.
