An unidentified driver was taken to the hospital via ambulance just after 1:30 Wednesday afternoon after an accident in Castle Dale on Main Street and 200 East.
A black Jeep Grand Cherokee and a late model Buick collided nearly head on, causing extensive damage to both vehicles.
