Ryan Murray, the Director of the Small Business Development Center that serves Eastern and Southeastern Utah, and Ethan Migliori, the Director for Workforce Development on the USU Eastern Campus, will be the speakers at the upcoming general Business Expansion and Retention meeting on Dec. 21.
The pair have a presentation prepared concerning how to provide excellent customer service for businesses in the area.
“I think the topic we are going to speak on is the key to selling success,” Migliori said. “There’s a natural flow when you’re in customer service, from the time you meet the customer to the time you make the sell. If you understand that process you can be more successful in customer service and sales overall.”
Migliori will bring his four years as Workforce Development Director to the presentation while Murray, with an extensive background in marketing and customer service, will also bring expertise to the table.
BEAR’s mission is to inform, grow and improve business in the Castle Country area. The meeting will start at 8 a.m. and light refreshments will be served. The general meetings do not last more than one hour.
BEAR meetings are hosted at the Jennifer Leavitt Student Center in the Alumni Room on the USU Eastern Campus in Price.
