Congratulations to Brielle Tuttle for being named a first place state winner in the American Legion Auxiliary Americanism Essay Contest.
Brielle is the daughter of Brent and Brenda Tuttle and is a third grade student at Cottonwood Elementary. The topic this year was ”How Can We Address and Prevent Veteran Homelessness in Our Communities?” As a state winner, Brielle received a check for $25. She also received $15 from the American Legion Auxiliary Unit #39 in Orangeville.
Her essay has progressed to the Western Division to be judged along with other state winners.
