Members of the community gathered on Thursday afternoon for a ribbon cutting at Utah’s Treasures. Members of the Carbon County Chamber of Commerce as well as Helper council members welcomed the business to the city.
Utah’s Treasures, owned by Scott Henseler, offers a wide variety of crystals, rocks, artwork and more. Decorative pieces, books and jewelry can also be found at the store.
The store has been open for a short time but is already experiencing success. “We’ve been going three months,” Henseler commented. “It’s going good.”
Utah’s Treasures is located at 520 North Main in Helper, next to Pick and Rail Market. Store hours are Monday-Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Utah’s Treasures can be contacted at (435) 637-4438 during store hours or after hours at (435) 820-2393.
