The Carbon County Classic Stock Dog Show was at the Carbon County Fairgrounds over the weekend for trial rounds.
The Mountain States Stockdog Association (MSSA) and the National Cattledog Association (NCA) were hosts to the event. Herding dogs and their trainers from Utah and surrounding states were at the event, rounding up livestock in a series of trials.
The event allows the dogs and their trainers to demonstrate herding skills at graduated levels of herding training. Three classes were available for dogs to compete in: open, nursery and intermediate.
The event began on Saturday morning and ran through Sunday.
