The Dinos continued their dominance on the golf course with their third straight victory in Region 12 in Moab last week. Carbon posted its lowest team score of the year at 311.
Only six golfers shot under 80 on the round and four of them were from Carbon. Brady Gagon (Carbon) and Luke Williams (Richfield) led the way with 76 strokes. Nick Olson was one off at 77 while Bode Salas and Kaden Slavensky both had 79 to round out the top four for the Dinos.
Emery came in fourth place with a 400 mark. Kaveery Killpack and Trevin Wakefield led the Spartans with 94 and 95 strokes, respectively. The final team placings were Carbon (311), Grand (329), Richfield (351), Emery (400), South Sevier (409) and San Juan (447).
The teams will meet again at Millsite in Ferron on Thursday.
