Carbon Medical Service in East Carbon played host to a ribbon cutting on Thursday evening as staff and members of the community welcomed the organization’s dental clinic.
In addition to the ribbon cutting, those in attendance also had the chance to enjoy an open house setting where dental clinic staff were on hand to introduce themselves and answer questions.
New patients are currently being welcomed to the clinic, which offers full service dental, including dentures. Carbon Medial Service provides care for uninsured, underinsured and insured patients with a sliding fee structure.
“Our dental staff has over 50 years experience combined,” said Brittany Zele of Carbon Medical. “Dr. Rodney Slater has been practicing for 20 years. Our dental assistants are Lisa Mena with 24 years and Chelcee Evans with eight years.”
