The Carbon High rodeo team is gearing up for a busy spring season as the team will take to the road for multiple rodeos. The Dinos will also play host to a rodeo on April 10.

The spring season will begin for high school rodeo teams on the first weekend in April. That competition will be in Ogden at the Spikers rodeo. The following weekend, on April 10, the Dinos will welcome rodeo teams to the arena at the Carbon County Fairgrounds. Cowboys and cowgirls will then make there way to Sanpete’s rodeo the following day in Mt. Pleasant.

Up next will be preference rodeos on April 24 and 25 in Spanish Fork and Nephi, respectively. On May 1, the competition will move to Morgan before making its way to Tremonton the following day. The Wasatch #1 and #2 rodeos will take place on May 8 and 9 in Heber. Finally, before the state competition, Beaver will play host to rodeo teams for competition on May 15 and 16.

Qualifying cowboys and cowgirls will compete in the state finals after school is released for summer break.
