Ryan Andrew Stream has donned many titles: Castle Country resident, father, husband, soldier, musician and motivational speaker. Adopted as a young boy, Stream spent a portion of his childhood in homeless shelters and different foster homes with his three brothers.

Thankfully, the brothers were all reunited and adopted by the same family. Since then, Stream has served this country twice while deployed in Afghanistan. His first tour of duty was to find bombs that were placed in the road and clear the routes before convoys were able to pass.

For his second tour, Stream was instructed to build and train the Afghanistan army. Now, Stream speaks about his life and military experiences while also playing the music he has personally composed. Stream has been married to his wife, Elizabeth, for five years. They have two daughters, a four-year-old named Nixeon and a one-month-old named Olympia.

Stream is currently serving in the National Guard and working at Materion Natural Resources. He was able to sign a music contract and travels as a motivational speaker and musician. With this work, Stream will be filming a music video on July 7 here in Castle Country.

This music video will focus on giving thanks to all those who wear service uniforms including military, police officers, fire fighters, first responders and more that died in the line of duty. Stream has partnered with Price City as well as Emery County for emergency response vehicles. The Wellington City Fire Department will also be a part of the video, saving a child during a mock fire rescue mission.

During the shooting of this video, Price City’s Main Street will be closed beginning at 3 p.m., primarily in front of Lee’s Music, who will be putting a grand piano in the streets for the riot portion of this video. Everyone in the community is encouraged to participate in the riot, where the cameras will capture the hardship that the service men and women often face.

Stream has asked those that wish to participate in the video to be courteous and respectful during the shoot of the video and dress appropriately. An 1,800 square foot flag will also be carried down Main Street, representing the nation, thanks to Kyle with Follow the Flag. The Veterans of Foreign War and a number of members from the 624th engineer company will also host a funeral service at the Veteran Memorial side of the Price Cemetery beginning at 6 p.m. that same night. All are encouraged to attend.

Stream also plans to bring a special guest, musician Yahosh, as well as SRVS, to be a part of the video experience.
