Castle Heights Principal Chris Winfree recently challenged his students in a fun way.
Winfree challenged his students to reach a goal in January for ten of the school’s classes to get 100% on their reading assignment, which consists of the students having their parents sign off on their nightly reading. The students accepted the challenge and had 13 classes receive 100% as opposed to 10.
The Knights were then given the privilege of duct taping their principal to the wall of the school. On Monday, each class took a turn placing a strip of tape over Winfree until he was secured completely to the wall in the main lobby of the school.
Winfree stayed duct-taped until the end of school that day.
