Castle Heights Sixth grade make flowers for “No grave unadorned” project

Mrs. Thompson, Mrs. Garvin and Mrs. Arrieta’s sixth grade classes from Castle Heights Elementary spent the day assembling flowers for the Sun Advocate’s Memorial Day project “No Grave Unadorned.”

The flowers will be placed on each grave in the Carbon County area over the week leading up to Memorial Day. The project was started three years ago by the Sun Advocate and continues to grow each year. Volunteers are still needed to help with flower assembly and distribution in the cemeteries.
