The Character Counts program at Castle Heights Elementary recognizes students for their exceptional behavior during any given month.
Each month, a different category is selected. Teachers are then asked to study their students and choose which ones are the most deserving for the chosen category.
For the month of February, the Character Counts category was faith. A few students from each grade were chosen and the received a certificate of achievement and a sucker during a special award ceremony that parents and family were welcome and encouraged to attend.
