The “Helper Project” is a 501-c3 nonprofit founded in 2016 by Anne and Roy Jespersen that was created to foster the revitalization, promote the beautification and support the cultural enhancement of the city of Helper, Utah.

Funds from the sale of the property will be used to finance various projects in Helper City. Some of the projects slated for 2018 include bringing the Utah Youth Symphony Orchestra to Helper and Carbon County for spring performances, the purchase and distribution of pet waste stations along the Price River Parkway, the installation of a Zions Bank full-service drive through at the new City Hall building (old Wells Fargo Bank), studies for an adaptive reuse and restoration of the Strand Theatre, and the funding of various community projects.
