Congratulations to Haylie McArthur for being selected as one of two honor speakers for the Emery High School class of 2023 commencement ceremony.
Haylie has been selected because of high academic achievement, excellent grade point average and other academic accomplishments. She plans to attend Oklahoma State University where she has accepted multiple academic scholarships.
