Congratulations to Emery High student Tyler Frandsen for advancing to the semifinalist position of the National Merit Scholarship Competition. Out of the 1.3 million students who took the PSAT/NMSQT test in October of 2022, only 16,000 students received the semifinalist position.
Semifinalists are selected from the highest scoring students from each state. Frandsen will continue in the scholarship competition, which will be completed in March of 2024. Congratulations, Tyler!
