Family, friends and community members gathered on Friday evening for Emery County’s Little Miss Emery and Junior Miss Emery Pageant. The evening was hosted by Miss Emery 2014 Sydni Ekker and Miss Emery Outstanding Teen 2014 Paytn Jeffs.
Fourteen girls competed for the title of Little Miss Emery while another twelve competed to be known as Junior Miss Emery. After brief introductions, the girls stunned the audience with their song, dance and piano performances. Following their talents, all twenty-six girls glowed in their evening gowns.
The audience also enjoyed performances from Little Miss 2014 Brynn Lindley, Junior Miss 2014 Brooklyn Johansen, Miss Outstanding Teen 2014 Peyton Jeffs and Miss Emery 2014 Sydni Ekker.
In the end, Little Miss Emery Brynn Lindley handed over her crown to Serenity LeRoy. Avia LeRoy was the first runner-up and Harlee Robinson was the second. Junior Miss Emery Brooklyn Johansen gave her title to BrinLee Hurdsman with Aspen Hansen as the first runner-up and Sophi Seely as the second runner-up.
