The Utah Division of Wildlife Resources hosted a three-gun shooting event in Green River on Saturday. Wildlife officials were on hand at the event providing tips and assistance.
Participants enjoyed three different shooting scenarios while using a different gun at each station. The goal was to hit as many targets as possible, quickly and accurately. The three guns used at the event were shotgun, .22 rifle and .22 pistol.
According to DWR Regional Conservation Outreach Manager Brent Stettler, the competition was just for fun and was meant for families to enjoy together.
