East Carbon Recreation Association and The Girls & Boys Club of East Carbon hosted a festive Fourth Friday event in Sunnyside last week.
The organizations invited all in the area to come out and enjoy themselves for a night full of fun. Everything at the event was free. This included food, face painting and more. A large number of attendees took advantage of the opportunity.
It was family friendly and there were roller skates and roller blades for people to share. The skating was accompanied by 70s music that took the participants back in time.
The Girls & Boys Club had an art room down the hall from roller skating and food. They had a homemade ‘spin art’ maker for people to try out and make some art of their own.
