It’s our great honor to showcase our Lunch Lads this week. Kids as well as adults have a preconceived notion of what jobs men do that differ from jobs women typically do. When men started showing up in the lunchroom to serve the students, the reception by the kids was amazing.
Knuckle bumps for Steve the clerk and big smiles for Nick and Dennis on the line. It’s great for students to see there are no limitations.
Men are an often under-represented gender on the lunch line but lucky for us, that’s changing!
