Frontier Days News Release

Plans are already well underway for this year’s Frontier Days. Last summer’s introduction of this part of the Emery County Fair is back by popular demand and expanding to two days of activities, July 25 and 26.

Embark on a fun adventure with our new addition to the celebration, “Echoes from the Past.” This interactive road trip treasure hunt runs during June and July and is conducted in collaboration with the Emery County Archives. You could win a significant prize by following the clues to historical places and events!

Experience a diverse range of new Frontier Days components, including a Native American flute player,  Lost Skills demos, hands-on crafts and games at the youth Indian village, and activities at the Museum of the San Rafael, including an indoor scavenger hunt.

In addition, the Emery County Sheriff’s “Wall of Fame” will be unveiled in the upstairs lobby of the County Office building. Photos of those who served will join others already honored in the “Wall of Fame” permanent exhibit.

So, mark your calendars for July 25-26 and watch for upcoming details. Prepare for a fun and excitement-filled time at Frontier Days!! We can’t wait to see you there!
