Helper City once again shut down its historic Main Street to invite the community to the annual trunk-or-treat. This year, the event was hosted on Saturday, Oct. 28 from noon to 2 p.m.
Many businesses and individuals lined their vehicles up and down the street, handing out candy, glow sticks, stickers and other goodies to the costume-clad youngsters.
