The Carbon High Student Government is collecting money, food, toys and other necessary items for children and families in the community. They are working in conjunction with several community charities including United Way, The Utah Foster Foundation, Spencer’s Wishes and the Perky Van.
The students braved the frigid temperatures on Tuesday night to sing Christmas carols and convince shoppers at Fresh Market to donate to the cause.
On Saturday, December 14, the bus and student government will appear in the Walmart parking lot from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., providing the community another chance to “Stuff the Bus.”
