Responses to this Request for Proposals shall be submitted to the office of the City Recorder, 58 South Main Street, Helper, Utah, 84526. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal as it best serves its convenience and/or is found to be in the best interest of the City. Proposals due by October 22nd, 2021 by 5:00 pm.
