Each year, the Price City Community Progress Committee strives to award those that reside within the city limits for their well-kept yards. However, on Halloween, they take it a step further as they search for the most spooky and festive yards in the city.

The annual Hocus Pocus Halloween Awards were announced and presented on Wednesday evening. The awards, as always, were chosen by members of the committee with criteria including, but not limited to, the best use of Halloween theme and curb appeal. It was stressed that the committee had a difficult time choosing this year as they were many festive yards.

This year’s creative winners were Melanie and Matt Huff, Amelia and Colton Walls, Glenna Gilson, and Danny Kofford and his wife. Each winner was given a sign to be proudly displayed next to the decorations.
