Carbon was in Moab on Tuesday night to face a tough Grand team. The Lady Red Devils won the first set 25-16. The second set was tighter but still went Grand’s way 25-20. In the third set, Carbon fought hard but ended up losing by a slim margin, 25-23.
Emma Christensen had a team-high 13 kills while Diana Morley led Carbon with five blocks. Makenna Blanc facilitated the offense with 23 assists as Gracie Salas kept points alive with 12 digs.
The Lady Dinos (8-5,1-3 Region 12) will have an even tougher test on the road Thursday against San Juan (15-2, 4-0 Region 12).
