Commander Neldon Huff of the American Legion Post #3, Price, Utah is presenting Art Nickas his 70th Year membership pin. Art signed up with the American Legion in 1947. He served with the United States Army during World War Two assigned to the 101st Airborne during the campaigns in France, Belgium and finally Germany.
