Earlier today, students from Carbon High and various schools throughout the district accepted Rachel’s Challenge. The local community is encouraged to do the same.
Tuesday evening, Sept. 24 the public is invited to learn about Rachel’s Challenge and begin making a difference. The presentation will begin at 7 p.m. at the Carbon High Auditorium.
Rachel Scott was the first victim at the Columbine High School shooting in 1999. Before her tragic and unexpected death, Scott wrote about making a difference in the world and accepting everyone for who they are. Her message is one that everyone should hear.
