Saturday morning brings Castle Country the opportunity for free soda and a chance to give back. Beginning at 10 a.m. on April 22, Sodalicious, a drink shop new to the area, will be hosting a ribbon cutting and grand opening ceremony.
Regional manager Paul Morris stated that the company likes to connect to charities and give back to the community. All day on Saturday, the business will be giving away free, 24-ounce drinks from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
“It’s a way to build community and let people know that we’re around,” Morris stated.
During the day, the company will also be accepting donations by means of jars that will be available inside the shop. These donations will go toward the Domestic Violence Coalition. Sodalicious will match donations in price anywhere from $500 to $1,000.
